It is possible to rent the entire Country House which sleeps 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms all with queen size beds and three spacious bathrooms all equip with showers.

The Country House has two very large living rooms with coaches, one coach is also sofa bed, “fully equip kitchens and large tables which seat 6 – 10 people. Satellite TV in each living room along with WiFi access. Large open living spaces both inside and outside. Alternatively, for smaller groups, thanks to separate and independent entrances, it is also possible to rent a portion of the house as separate apartments.  One apartment accommodating 6 people and one apartment accommodating 4 people.

Five bedrooms and three bathrooms all with spacious showers, the Villa has two large living rooms with sofas and tables with seat 6 to 10 people. Satellite TV and WiFi access. Exposed wooden beams throughout the house and two fully equip kitchens which include dish washers, ovens, refrigerator and freezers along with 4 open cooktops. The interior is decorated in style with all modern comforts while recalling items of the old Marche country life. The Villa also offers shaded outdoor areas where guest can enjoy meals also thanks to the use of the old open oven which is available for guests to use.

The apartment offers beautiful views from each and every window. At the entrance of the apartment there are large shaded open spaces allowing to lunch or dine outdoors.

The apartment is ideal for families as well as group of friends as it offers large common spaces along with privacy and independence.
