Itinerario 4 - Le strade del vino

Le Marche produces a large variety of wines including 13 varieties of wine carrying the D.O.C. (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) label. Many of these wines are little known outside of Italy but visitors to the region have a pleasant surprise when they try the local wine produced by many small cantinas. In 2013, 23 wines from the Marche region have received Cinque Grappoli Awards and 17 wines from the Marche received the Gambero Rosso – Three Glasses Award. Below you will find suggestions and indications on how to visit these wineries and taste for yourself !
